Dr. Demonparis Jamal Williams is a governmental apostle who overflows with the passion and ambition of carrying out the apostolic call that was placed on his life since birth! He was born on January 3, 1995. He is the son of two proud parents, Emmatine Williams (Mother) and Joe Willie Brown (Father), both natives of Pickens, Mississippi, USA. He has served in various ministerial capacities at several churches in the southern state of Mississippi known as "The Bible Belt State”.

 

He humbly submits to the apostolic voices and spiritual guidance of Apostle, Dr. Glenton and Prophetess Delpha Samuels of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, whereas he is a credentialed leader under the authority of International Apostolic Movement, Inc.

 

He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Holmes Community College, Goodman, MS. He is a two-time graduate of Thee Jackson State University, Jackson, MS, USA having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Correctional Services as well as a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. He also holds a Doctor of Ministry from Initiators Christian University, Atlanta, GA. In the Spring of 2026, he will begin a Doctor of Education in Rural & Diverse Educational Leadership program at Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, Arkansas.

 

Within his 16 years of ongoing ministry since the great revealing of his call to the Gospel Ministry in December of 2010, he has become recognized by many as a prolific speaker, mentor, author, worship leader, & spiritual father traveling the world carrying the Gospel message of love, faith, grace, and salvation. He has been recognized as an outstanding community activist within his hometown (Pickens, Mississippi, USA) for community service, outreach, and serving as a Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade Organizer and Chairman for 2018 Mayoral Formal Town Christmas Banquet. In addition to serving his home state first, he has preached and carried the Gospel of Jesus to states including Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, South Carolina, Florida, etc. While in the State of Missouri he was invited to do an evangelism outreach on a famous street called “35 Prospect Street” (Kansas City, MO). In addition to that experience of street ministry and evangelism, Apostle Demonparis J is no stranger when it comes to leaving the four walls of the church and reaching those beyond and forgotten.

 

He is an apostolic kingdom builder who is dedicated and passionate about leading God’s people into total victory! The span of his ministry ranges from signs and wonders, prophetic unctions, prophetic impartation, sound preaching, and revelatory teaching. He has also hosted prophetic trainings through the umbrella of his founding mentorship program known as “Gifts & Callings Spiritual Awakening Academy”. He is a spiritual magnet! He is focused entirely on building up the Kingdom of God one soul at a time.

 

 

He is a published author having published his first book entitled: “A Spiritual Glimpse of Reality” in November of 2018. On December 20, 2025, he published and released his second written work of literature entitled: "Leadership Remarks By A Passionate Educator": Developing the Educator with an Illuminated heart found Passion to Teach and Inspire. On September 8th, 2024, during the Official Night of International Apostolic Movement, Inc. Holy Convocation, Apostle DJ was publicly affirmed as an apostle in the Lord's Universal Church by Apostle Dr. Glenton Samuels, Chief Presiding Prelate in Miramar, Florida. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
